Just switched back from AT&T and couldn't be happier!!! The manager was more than helpful and literally set up four new lines for me while having a store full of people who she intermittently took care of and process to get out so they didn't have to wait on us while she was taking care of us. And kept a small and happy-go-lucky added to the entire time. Girl you're rocking it out there on shallowford road!!

Highly Recommend this Metro by T-Mobile Store. The Store Manager Quesha is Amazing! Excellent Customer Service Skills!!! She is Honest and goes Above and Beyond to make sure you are taking care of while you are in her Store.

The agent/customer service lady at that location, Miss Jayla, was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and respectful to me beyond my expectations. She made sure to find and give me the best deals possible. I've always had a lot of anxiety about these things and she made the experience easy, comfortable and flawless.

Today 7-12-2024
The "out to lunch" sticker has been on the door for at least 2 hours... traffic is bad and I couldn't even make it to the one on brainered... took us 45 mins in attempting.. so we circled back to shallowford thinking surely it'd be open by now. And it's not. Don't even open... no one answering phones or nothing... don't switch to their internet, and now I have to go all weekend w out a phone. Work night shift so this was my only time to get this done.

What is going on here? Just stopped by at 10:15, lights are on but door locked. Knocked, no answer. My son tried to come by here last week on two occasions, but the door was locked during business hours.Whatever degenerates work here need to be fired immediately.

Went to pay phone bill of course they are at lunch be back at 4 will its 545 and nobody here as usual and the 5 dollar convince fee is for me to wait on you to come unlock the door metro is getting to be s joke of a business and don't even get me started on customer service
