I have now gone to Mindy B's Deli twice. It's a great little deli with some great options to choose from on the menu. I was deciding between a couple of different items both times I went, and Mindy made some great recommendations each time.First time I ordered the special of the month for January of 2024. It was a baked falafel burger that came with tahini, tomato, cucumber, onion and I added pickles to it. It had a very good flavor and texture to it that was similar to some of my favorite black bean burgers.The second time, again from a recommendation, I ordered the Pineapple Express. This is a grilled wrap with chicken, barbecue sauce, pineapple, red onion, provolone cheese, cilantro and bacon (which I ordered without and instead added pickles). The grilled wrap was really nice and the whole thing is almost like a bbq chicken pizza in a wrap.Last, the sides I got each time were just as good as the sandwiches. I could order just the grilled vegetables and that would satisfy me. Then the three bean chili I had today was perfect, especially with it being in the single digits outside. The broth had great depth and a lot of vegetables in it.I look forward to trying some additional items off the menu and seeing what specials they have in the future.Vegetarian options: Almost all of the sides are and salads are vegetarian or can be made vegetarian or vegan. There are also a few vegetarian sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: There's a lot of vegetarian and seemingly vegan options here. One of the cookies is gluten free, too, I believe.

This is certainly a very good restaurant located in the ❤️ of tourism. It's surrounded by other nice restaurants, and upscale Townhouses, and Apts. There are a lot of Social activities. The World's ? Famous Aquarium is only a half of mile away. Let us get here at Mindy B's Deli first okay ?. They have a very sophisticated round display sign. It certainly gets your attention. I like the sign. I personally love the name Mindy B's Deli. It is so cool ?, and creative just like their staff, and management. It's restaurants like this that puts our Senic City on the map. It caters to everyone, giving us all another reason to ✔️ it out. They serve Ole school custom fried bologna, with pimento cheese ? ! Say what ? When is the last time you guys had this ? This is followed by a Vegan Sloppy Joe. If you are Vegan that's whuz up. They gotcha covered ?. The tuna wrap , ? with devil eggs ? brings another delicious taste of creativity. Of course I love their anything Pineapple or Pineapple Express ?. They promote a delicious ? diversity of many other different foods, and traditional drinks. They will do the same for you , and I with Great Customer Service. They open early , and close early. This will will give you guys plenty of time to enjoy ? our Scenic City. Like movies ?. ? Like fitness ? ? Like music, and dancing ? What about observing beautiful sunset ? or sunrise ? off the World's longest walking bridge ? ? These are all within a mile or less walking ?♀️or yall can take the shuttle ?. You guys are just getting started. They will thank you ?. You will thank them as well. I Love ❤️ Chatt.Town Mr. C.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. It's always fantastic. The broccoli salad is the best. I took two trays of cookies to an event last weekend and everyone raved about them. The snickerdoodles...oh my! Mindy, you may be getting more cookie orders soon by the way people were gushing about them.

I am still eating my delicious tuna salad salad as I write this. I am a student and frequently crave healthy options as UTC only has stuff like Chic-fil-a, Panda Express, etc. I try to cook my own food as much as possible, but sometimes time is an issue!Anyway - I checked out Mindy B's Deli today after class. I have been to a few places searching for the ideal salad - well they have made it to #1. I love a veggie dense salad, so I asked for most of the toppings that were available. They did NOT skimp on the veggies and loaded me down. I added the herbed tuna salad as my protein. I was nervous about an overly mayonnaisey tuna salad. I am happy to say - this one was NOT that. It was some of the best tuna salad I've ever had. So flavorful. I have enough food for two meals. My salad = 10/10.I also got the deviled eggs, which reminded me of my grandmothers. Also a 10/10. Nothing fancy, just some tasty deviled eggs.My husband got the grass eater sandwich (vegetarian). He also said it was a 10/10, and I believe him because he refused to share even a bite lol. I will say it looked delicious.Also, the service was great and the prices were also very reasonable for them being right downtown. I have a feeling I will become a regular during the days I can get there before they close.

Mindy is the absolute best Chef in Chattanooga. Her deli has delicious options that will meet anyone's cravings. Her tomatoe pie is to die for!!!!!!!! She has a lot of vegetarian options too. Mindy B's Deli is a must do when you are in downtown Chattanooga.

Ordered through Grubhub. Excellent Ruben sandwich, nice mix in the fruit salad and my kid loved the 3 cheese grilled cheese with bacon on sourdough. Solid Deli fare all around.

Delicious, I ordered the club. The Turkey was so good (not dried out) every bite had just the right amount of turkey, bacon, tomato. etc. Also could not resist the coconut cream pie or the chocolate chip cookie. So much food I shared. Check out their salads as well.

Delicious sandwiches packed full of meat! I love when deli shops don’t skimp on their sandwiches. I also love that it’s LGBTQ friendly and their gluten free bread is great!
