The salesman, Jerry, was very nice and worked with me during the buying process, but to label the car Mtn view certified when it had an oil leak was disappointing so I couldn't drive the car home. Gave me a loaner instead while it gets fixed. I'll have to think about going there again.

We should have known better but we gave Mountain View another chance. Our salesman was very nice but the whole experience was so sketchy! They kept avoiding questions. We were exhausted from spending the whole day there. I know it is a used car but be honest about the issues! And, stand behind what you say. “Bring it back to us if the trunk leaks.” Well, it leaks bad and you say, “sorry, I can try and get you a good deal getting it fixed.” That doesn’t cut it! Beware!

They are the worst place to buy a vehicle from don’t waste your time or money. Cars aren’t taken care of or serviced adequately and they sold me a lemon. My car was in the shop two weeks after I got it. They are shady and dirty salesmen. Place is full of crooks and shady business men. Purchased a 2019 ford edge they promised to get me into the service center. They scheduled it a month out so that if anything happens they aren’t liable for it. Two and a half weeks later I was having issues keeping coolant in my car. Come to find out that there was an internal leak inside of the engine that wouldn’t be noticed until you drive the car. They told me that I couldn’t get a warranty on the car because I didn’t qualify. I put 7k on this car and they are the worse kind of salesman lie and falsely provide half the carfax and they don’t want to take responsibility for the car being a lemon. They knew the car had major issues that patched it up just enough to sale it. They really need to be reported and shut down.

Dropped my son’s car off on Thursday morning for a warranty issue. They told us the car would be done in 1-2 days. We never heard from them so I called Saturday morning to find out that the service department is closed on the weekend. It is unacceptable to not receive any word when a car is kept over the weekend without any notice. Now we are scrambling trying to figure out transportation to work and school on Monday. A phone call on Friday evening before they close, since it was supposed to be fixed by then, would have been the professional and courteous thing to do.

Cherise Makes the car buying experience sooooo easy and enjoyable! I used to hate going to the dealership and buying an Automobile, but since we have started going to Mt View @ 153, it actually enjoyable and easy! My Wife and I have bought 2 Vehicles from Cherise and my Son and his Wife have bought two from her as well. We have all been very satisfied with our experience and will continue to use Cherise for our Auto buying needs in the Future. Give Mtn View @ 153 a Try next time you are looking for an Automobile, they do not disappoint.

Great place to have your oil changed. The waiting room is nice and clean and has some stuff for you to read and TV you can watch. Snacks and drink machine in the lobby as well!

We had a great experience at Mt View! Lane was awesome !! He is very knowledgeable and willing to help. In no way was he the typical PUSHY sales guy. He answered all our questions and made us feel like WE were in control instead of just trying to make a sale. Great personality !!! Thanks Lane, you're the best !!

This makes my 3rd car purchase from this company/ location and I have had issues each time! First time was over 10 years ago and I had issues then as well. The last time I had multiple issues with the vehicle (2014 Ford Explorer) including fixing the transmission which was close to $1,000. Later there was also a problem with a very expensive sensor that caused the car to be un-drivable and was around $2500 to fix. This time when I bought my current Infinity the back up camera was messed up and the fender not fixed. I did buy the vehicle on this promise this would be fixed and it eventually was. I bought it in June and have already had to buy tires because the ones they left on were so worn, now I am having to replace the window motor/ regulator in both front drivers side and passenger side windows. This being around $300 each and that's at a place I found cheaper than the dealership at Nissan. My father also bought a vehicle here that had to get the engine almost replaced before they traded it off for another car. Very disappointing that a company this size under Mountain View's name is so inept at caring for the vehicles or fixing issues. Then when they come up so soon after buying its not covered unless you had paid them another few thousands in your purchase price for a huge warranty that would actually cover things such as this.

Logan was the absolute best. I was undecided on what truck would be best for me and my budget and he was able to show me several trucks and what the cost would be along with payments. Made my decision making much easier then I thought it would be. The entire staff was very helpful from the beginning to end. There was great entertainment there as well, they have a trained chimpanzee that rides a unicycle while juggling quarts of oil and playing a kazoo, along with a coke machine.

Jonathan, JD, and the manager Brandon worked extremely hard to get us what we needed and wanted. Best car buying experience to date. I can sometimes very direct and maybe even difficult if something is not what I want. These guys went above and beyond to deal with us and earn our business. That’s the way customer service is supposed to work. I highly recommend this dealership and all 3 of the gentlemen listed above.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I needed to make a trade in for something bigger and more reliable. Lane was their to help! He made sure I was happy with what I left with. I am beyond excited with the car I have now.

After submitting an online inquiry I was contacted shortly after by JD to answer any questions. I set an appointment for the following day. Was offered $1000 more on trade in on my truck than the previous dealer and enjoyed a low pressure, efficient purchase of our new vehicle.

Brandon and Lane communicated well and heard what was important. Honest with Great customer service! Highly recommend. Looking forward to receiving the new used car!Purchased on9/9/23.Received the $50,000 car on 9/14/23 after arranging an enclosed trailer for pickup WEDNESDAY to keep the car CLEAN and Safe..Surprise! it rained after they detailed the car on MONDAY. So instead of excellence or rewashing the car, I have a dirty Dark Blue car with Brown Dirt, like it went down an old dirt road.SURPRISE #2 ! No 60 day tag! No Problem so I Called Sales Manager Brandon and he said he would overnight. SIX Days later and I STILL have not received the Tag, Today is 9/18 and I Still CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR. No TAG. I also CANNOT GET a tag as Mountain View included paying the North Carolina Taxes on the car and there is NO RECORD and they have no PAPERWORK to show it was paid. Called left message, days later no return call and when I call they are not available.Cannot get a tag without Mountain View @ 153 doing their job.Surprise # 3 I still have not received the signed completed paperwork from Ethan. Hope to have someone do their job and I can drive my $50K car. Called Finance Manager Ethan and left message, days later no return call and when I call Ethan is not available.UPDATE After 9/9/23, TODAY I NOW HAVE A TAG and can drive the $50,000 car and many emails, phone calls, All going to Voice Mail as Managers will not speak to you after your purchase !.But I Finally found Rebeccas at Mount View FORD!. She sent me the tag and a copy of my signed paperwork which ,the Sales Manager Brandon would not respond and Ethan the Finance Manager would not even take any calls. Day after Day after day after day.WOW they are so kind to permit me to Drive the car purchased 15 days agoShould you Trust this dealer?
