“This was my first time using movers so I was a bit apprehensive. They took great care of all of my belongings, delivering everything to the new location without damage. They showed up on time and worked with me to ensure each piece of furniture had felt pads on the bottom to protect my new floors. I felt like each member of their staff cared about my belongings and handled them with care.”
“The Packrat container was super helpful to get our items moved. Since it was low to the ground, it was easy to load heavier items. Larry did a fantastic job placing the container where it was most helpful, though it was pretty tricky. He's a pro! Our dropoff location wasn't serviced every day which wasn't clear with the online scheduling calendar since it didn't filter out non-available days, just an error message when i selected a day that they didn't deliver, but the 800 number was helpful in finding a date that worked for us.”

It was a challenging move in that many of the presses weighed over a ton and were unevenly weighted - these were very unique/antique machines. The movers were timely, professional, understanding, efficient and careful. Couldn't be more pleased with the work.”
