Brought my car into MVN to check two recalls I'd been notified of via mail by Nissan. I was promptly greeted by a service person who walked me through the process and showed me where I may get a coffee or water in their waiting area...comfortable place. The check on my car took a couple hours and at completion the service person explained what took place and then spent about 10 minutes answering some questions I had about various safety components of my car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would certainly revisit MVN for my car needs based upon my first experience.

My brother took me to Mtn View Nissan and James our sales man was very professional and helpful in me getting the car I wanted at as close as possible the monthly payment I wanted and nice incentives. He made the task of finding a car less painful?

I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder here with 16k. In less than a year, it was smoking like crazy. I took it to them, they said it was the engine and I needed a new one. I got the 4 oil change records together and took them for them to tell me my warranty wouldn't cover a new motor and it would cost me $18,000 for a new one. I went and picked up the car without letting them do anything. Took it home, had my neighbor who is a mechanic change my oil, spark plugs and do a transmission flush. That was a year and 3 months ago. I get regular oil changes not from them, and it's still running with the same engine. Now, I'm having trouble with the RPM's bottoming out while I drive down the road. I'm going to clean the max air flow sensor and hope that fixes it. The car has 56k miles on it and it's got more problems than it's worth. It's overpriced and a lemon. My car loan is at 3% interest. I've been paying on that car 2 years and still owe $31k on it. It's crazy. Oh, and when I tried to trade it in before I had any problems out of it, no one would take it because it had been wrecked and that wasn't disclosed to me when I bought it. They completely suck. I'll never own another Nissan.

Our salesman was nice and we thought we had a good experience. However, we decided the vehicle wasn't for us and we have been trying to trade it in. After showing them our paperwork from the purchase, we have been told by MULTIPLE car dealerships (including other Nissan dealerships) that we were SIGNIFICANTLY overcharged for this vehicle (by around $7,000!!!!). They couldn't believe how much the car was marked up above what it "should" have been for this base, fleet model. If our salesman and the finance guy hadn't been so nice, I would have hoped that Google had negative stars. Based on this experience, and what we have found out about this family of dealerships since this purchase, we will never buy a vehicle from any Mountain View again. I will make it my mission to tell everyone not to buy a car from this organization!

Always over selling, and not doing the job. I can't wait for someone to sue them over non addressed recalls. Computers in shop work...check out delayed because of no experience. I would go ANYWHERE BUT THERE.THEY ARE batting 1 out of 9 on incompetence.

Purchased a car there "certified " used. Had it for one month breaks down. Fixed two weeks later does something. You guys really took me in on this one. I will remember this on my next purchase this spring.

My wife bought her car here two years ago. Her purchase included. scheduled oil changes. Every time I come in I receive excellent service. Comfortable waiting area. Super polite customer service reps. (Charlie C. is one that definitely deserves recognition.) They always let us know what additional services are recommended but they are never pushy. It never feels like they are trying to sell us something, just being helpful and informative.
