Careful - if you work during the day at a job where you are unable to answer your phone they will drop your appointment and give it to someone else. The lady who answers the phones is very condescending and refuses to attempt to fix the issue. These places act like they can’t get your old appointment back. Sounds like a personal problem to me. I was going to spend a lot of money there but instead I’m going to Vision Works. I recently brought my dad here for the first time too, but I will be switching him as well. We will not give this place our business if we are treated like dogs for having jobs we can’t just leave whenever we want. Who has time to answer the phone in the age of robocalls? I don’t have your number saved because I made my appointment online. Also stop making people answer the phone to give you their info and ask first timers to come in fifteen minutes early instead. That’s common practice. They lost two customers today for the price of one!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!TOTALLY A SCAM!!!! I had a horrible experience with this place. They will try to sell you the most expensive products and if you say you don’t want it, they will still keep pushing it. The receptionist and the doctor there are just trying to get your money.Despite of me bringing my own old prescription to be renewal, instead they insisted on writing a new prescription of the lenses I DID NOT ASK FOR and it was the MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE MARKET. DOES IT SOUND LIKE A SCAM???? WELL, with this place it is!They don’t follow up on your request which you paid for it. I waited for 2 weeks to get a correct prescription and I had to ask many times.They are not punctual regardless if you have an appointment, waiting time is bad there.Totally unacceptable and they care at all about your eyes ? ? ?

I came in after having blurry vision often and issues reading certain things that are at a certain distance from me. They had to do my test twice because they could not understand their own readings of my vision. They told me I am near sighted and have an astigmatism yet only told me they were ordering me glasses for my computer because I work on electronics all day.. needless to say I have been waiting a month for glasses I paid $114.00 and when I call all the same rep can say is I am not sure when they will come in but we will let you know when they do????

I’ve been coming here for years. Last year, a male employee shaved my lens down to fit one of my frames. He also bent the frame to fit the glasses which he said was “normal”. At the visit, I purchased two frames. I wore 1 frame for a couple months and decided to switch to my other frame. Well the lens that had been shaved gave me headaches and made my eyes hurt. I returned to the eye doctor (yes months later) to have them checked. I was told that when the guy shaved them, it changed the prescription and made them stronger. I called to see if they would fix it and I was told that it’s past the 30 days and I’d have to purchase new glasses. Literally WASTED money. And the lady that answered the phone was no help and could literally care less. I called to get them fixed, make my annual appointment, and discuss contacts. Will be calling elsewhere.Train your staff better to work on glasses and take a course on customer service.

They have a great selection of glasses especially designer frames I won’t knock them because of one person a receptionist that made me late for my appt because she was on the phone tried to reschedule almost a month out you don’t what someone needs their glasses for and then try to make it seem like it’s my fault I’m late when you were on the phone for 4 minutes

I filled out the paperwork online last week and arrived a few minutes early to my appointment. I sat there for almost 45 minutes in the waiting room and still had not been seen at all. I ended up just having to leave. I understand Doctor's office's aren't the fastest and do expect to wait a reasonable amount of time before a Doctor or Nurse is available, but 45 minutes (or potentially more) is just plain disrespectful of my time. I had to rearrange my day for this appointment. Not impressed.

This was probably the worst experience I've had at an eye doctor. Even Walmart provides better service. When I went to check out and order my contacts they BROKE my frames trying to pop the lenses out. I didn't even want new frames or glasses, just the contacts. Beware: they'll make sure to get your signature waiving their liability ahead of time, "in case" something happens (which I didn't have the chance to finish reading before the glasses were broken). I can't believe a business would break something of yours and only offer an 'I'm sorry' as recompense. Typically, 'you break you buy'. Here they'll break and you'll be the one paying. Oh, but don't worry; they'll give you a nice little plastic bag to put your broken glasses in to carry home with you. Needless to say, 'MyEyeDoctor' will not be my eye doctor again.

I absolutely do not recommend this provider. I bought expensive PURE eyeware, along with a warranty. Took them back within one year as the lenses had a crack. They took them, said they were under warranty, called me said they were in only for me to arrive and find out only the lenses had been returned. Not the frames. Then they took them and replaced them with the wrong frames. They took them back again and said they would reorder them with the correct frames. After three weeks, they called me and said they would not remake the glasses as "they had remade them too many times". They also would not refund my money. What kind of warranty is this? I've been a patient of My EyeDr for 7 years. I will no longer be.

Great place. Dr.Butts explained everything so it could be better understood. Had the appointment Monday was told ot would take 7-10 business days for my sons glasses to come back. Was able to pick them up 2 days later instead of 7.

If you have hours to waste, this is the place for you. Over booked, under staffed. A scheduled appt turned into a 1-hour 25 minute wait and still no doctor. I walked. Doc in a box trouble, Truly appalling customer service!!!

There is no ability to communicate with this company except for an in store visit. My glasses were supposed to take two weeks, but finally arrived after 8 weeks. There was a problem with my order, but I was never contacted. When I finally received the glasses the prescription was wrong, or the cut was wrong. I returned the glasses for a refund and I will never go back.

It has been nearly 5 months now. WHERE ARE MY CONTACTS that were not sent to me?! The Atlanta office confirmed when I was in your office they were sent and spoke with you staff. You said you'd mail them three months ago, still no contacts. I got a voicemail initially from someone also from your office who said my contacts had arrived. I went in two days later and was told you didn't call people?! I literally played the voicemail. I am going to the BBB regarding your branch if this matter is not resolved as I PAID for a product not provided. I am furious at your branch.

I read previous reviews but I have been going to MyEyeDr for over a year now and every time I have always had very professional experiences. Everyone is so friendly and the Doctors really take their time and work hard to make sure that I am happy with my contacts and now glasses. Shout out for Jessica too. She was so dear and kind.
