It's dying like all malls. CBL isn't pivoting fast enough to keep up with a changing retail environment.

I like the mall (what's left of it anyway) and I like coming to Bath and Body Works. However, the floors and bathrooms are always FILTHY. The nastiest bathrooms I've ever seen.

I walk there 3 times a week, it great for an old disabled man to get my walking in in comfort. My wife loves the little kiosk jeweler there.

Northgate Mall used to be a bustling shopping destination, but it's disheartening to see that many of its stores are closing. It's a testament to the changing landscape of retail. I truly hope that Northgate Mall can find a way to improve and revitalize itself, not only for the sake of the remaining businesses like Old Chicago but also to continue serving the local community. It's always sad to see places we've come to enjoy facing uncertainty.

No where to shop, eat, or do anything looks like a ghost town and is the worst mall I have ever been to.

It's really unfortunate to see how this mall, once considered the best, has dwindled to nearly empty. It used to have JCPenney and Sears, but we all know how things went with them. While there are still some national brands left, it's not quite the same as before. Nonetheless, I still recommend visiting and supporting the remaining stores.

Real nice mall. Wish they had more stores inside but one of the better malls in the area.

A long time ago, my first job was inside this mall. It used to be so full of life, especially around the holidays. It is a sad shell of what it used to be. It won't be long before this is not a "mall" anymore, even more than it already is.

This is a strange mall. It competes with the other [better] Chattanooga mall, Hamilton Place. There is just not a lot happening here.Burlington, Old Navy, Ulta, and Belk are hardly enough anchor stores to keep you interested. The feel of the Burlington store inside seems cheap and discount store-ish, but maybe that's just me.There is a fairly large play area for the kids but no food court. Also added recently is a 'Carmike's' 14-screen movie theater, which is probably the biggest draw for others, but doesn't interest me.The real thing of interest at this mall are the many restaurants located outside the mall, and along the perimeter. You'll find: - Arby's - Chick-fil-A - Chili's - Panda Express - Panera Bread - Outback - Aubrey's - Old Chicago PizzaBut even with those mostly fast food chain restaurants, I just don't see the value of going back.

They should fire everyone associated with the Santa photos ESPECIALLY SANTA!!!!! Being rude and dismissive of disabled children is unacceptable!

To this mall cop who thought it was okay to shame an autistic adults for using the family bathroom with their FAMILY. I sincerely hope you lose your job. Some disabilities are invisible, don't just assume things.
