Wound up with a nail in my tire while in the Chattanooga area for work, with a 2 hour drive ahead of me to get back home, I needed to get my tire repaired. Devon and his guys got me in and out in under and hour.

Last Sunday I discovered I had a nail in my tire. I arrived at the Hixson location two hours shy of closing and had a degree of concern they wouldn’t be able to fit me in and the tire would deflate overnight (I hadn’t taken the warning seriously when it showed up a day or two prior and knew I was in trouble when I visibly saw the nail) and I would need to deal with changing to a spare and all that jazz. They worked me in, patched the tire, educated me on tire pressure etc. Everyone was informative, friendly and accommodating.

The people were so great to work with on getting my car repairs which were numerous they helped me on pricing , repairs were done in a very timely manner to my satisfaction I will definitely be using them more in the future

Great service at this location! Aaron was so professional and extremely helpful. He was so detailed in giving me all the information as to which new tires I could pick. They got my two new tires put on and balanced in under 30 minutes. I’ve come to this location before and they never disappoint.

I had a vibration in my steering wheel, so I scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated and my wheels rebalanced. They charged me close to $80 to have the wheels rebalanced. When I left the vibration was still in the steering wheel, so I took it to my dealership who said that the wheels were never rebalanced. The dealership rebalanced the wheels and the vibration is now gone. I will never be back to NTB in Hixson. I would not recommend anyone else do business with them. I would give negative stars if possible. VERY DISAPOINTED!
