His name tag says Hunter and he was exceptionally rude. I tried to ask for help at the self service. And at the top of his voice, he chooses to let me know, I have to wait on the lady that was helping other customers who are paying for full service because I’m at the self service. And that was OK. I did not want to jump in front of other customers. She was alone. She had to call for help. He and another young man was coming to the front so I just asked if that young man could help me and he chooses to let me know at the top of his voice that it was this young man’s first day and he could not help me. Even though when I got in there it was only one person at full service. Will not return.

Would give 0 stars. Sat on hold for over an hour waiting for an associate. Finally gave up and cancelled my order. Using Staples from now on.

Every single employee we encountered today was helpful and kind. But we wanted to give a special thank you to Hunter! He was so polite and accommodating in helping us purchase some office furniture and loading it into our car! Thank you Hunter

I bought an ink cartridge from them, came home and it did not work. I called the store and they said “half the time the cartridges don’t work”, and his suggestion was “Bring the ink cartridge back, get another one and take it home and try it, and if that doesn’t work come back and buy an HP one”. That was the most useless suggestion, who has time to keep running back and forth when they needed a working cartridge now, and also why are they knowingly selling products where it’s hit or miss if it works? The manager was also useless and could offer no good suggestion. I hope they go out of business.
