“I had damaged a skid plate on the under carriage of my automobile and it was dragging. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube, the gentleman who greeted me saw the problem. I asked if he would take a look to see if it could be fixed. I pulled in and they started working on fixing it. While one was repairing the plate another was checking my fluids and added wind shield fluid. If you don't have a regular auto care provider, I suggest you check out Jiffy Lube. The shop is very clean, they are courteous, and willing to help you anyway they can.

“Traveling home to Indiana from Georgia in the rain and road construction when we got a low tire pressure warning for a rear tire. Googled tire repair near me and got Speedy's. Got to them just before quitting time and explained our situation and they took of us by removing a nail and patching our tire. I can not be any more appreciative of an automotive company. I am sure I was the last thing they wanted to see at closing time yet they treated us professionally and with respect. If I lived locally they would be my car care center of choice. Thank you and God bless.”

“Only a short wait. Efficient and friendly staff. I got synthetic blend oil, which mfr says should be 5000 mile schedule, but this place gave me a sticker with only 3000 miles next...not helpful.”
“Morgan and all the staff were extremely professional and explained in detail without me asking the cost of oil change, therapeutic of oil change required and why I needed the specific oil change for my car which was a foreign car. He also gave me a discount coupon as it was Christmas and maybe he felt sorry for a senior citizen. They checked my tires and confirmed with showing me the lipstick that the oil change had been completed. I will definitely return for my next oil change in 3 months. “Paxton and Brandon were my service techs. A++++am these guys are awesome. I blew a tire yesterday and stayed overnight in the Walmart parking lot.
This am they got me 2 new tires rotated them all and got my spare tire back in place.
Price and quality were amazing! They even got a tip and I normally don't tip on auto services, today was well worth it.
Strongly suggest Walmart auto center for tires due to great service techs and pricing and promptness.
They even offered Galvatron some cold water. How Cool!”
“We had a blowout on Rt. 11 on a Sunday morning. Limped to Walmart Tire on Cummings Highway. The desk agent, Barret, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of us right away. He told us what could be done, how long it would take, and what it would cost. The technicians got to work on it as soon as they could. When an issue arose about the size and model of tire, they contacted us, explained the issue, and solved it while we were on the line with them. Thereafter, the work was done promptly. It was completed more quickly than they had promised. And we were on our way. I was extremely pleased with the service and the employees. This Walmart department is to be commended.”
“We took them a battery in that would not start our truck ! Skye was the tech. that helped us and promptley put it on the tester for extensive evaluation, and it was defective. “I pulled up at the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th with battery trouble. I was greeted just outside of the garage by the most friendly gentleman I have ever had the good pleasure to meet. His name is Keith and he told me that he works as a float for the Auto Care Center. I could tell just by looking that they were really busy but still Keith took the time to talk to me and not once did I feel rushed. Keith addressed my needs and got me checked in within a moment or two. While waiting he came to me and gave me an update so that I would know what was going on. I cant stress enough how customer oriented Keith is. Walmart needs more employees like Keith. I dont know if you will ever see this rating Keith but 5 stars simply isn't enough you deserve so much more than that. I pray God blesses you and your family beyond your wildest dreams.
