Terrible service and rude staff

Bought a new caliper from here that had a factory defect and we returned it. They didn’t have a replacement but informed us the 153 location did and put in for us to go pick it up. We drove 23 minutes to the 153 location and they told us the original store got it shipped to them instead of us picking it up. 23 minutes back to this store and the part was there. They told us they are changing “hub stores” and it has been and will be a mess for a while. Wasted time is wasted money. They need to tighten up.

Needed fuel treatment and windshield wiper fluid, but they just happened to be having a cookout in the parking lot. Got my stuff, employees inside were super nice, told me to go get me some food. They were giving out free hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks and more. Everyone was very kind and approachable. 10/10 move O’Reillys, good on ya.

O'Reilly's is an absolute joke as an employee from another auto parts store we have no problem selling to any of our competitors money is money business is business but apparently O'Reilly's is better than the rest and extremely childish. I will be sure to send any of my customers any other parts store other than O'Reilly's. Ron Burgundy signing off

The staff at this O’Reillys changed out my battery and got me back on the road in twenty minutes! Thank you for your hard work. That old battery was stubborn.

Do not go to this location. The manager is not professional and has a very bad attitude towards customers. I had a warranty on parts that were no longer available. Instead of giving me an upgrade he tried to buy my warranty for 65 dollars. I went to another location and had no problems with the parts swap. I will never step foot in this store as long he works there
