I have lived here for a couple of months and so far, I love it. The move in process was very simple and Jessica was very helpful in getting me into my apartment quickly and easily. I also love the location. Parc 1346 is close to all the action, but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful.

This apartment community is the best place to live with your family. I like to live here. Perfectly located. It has large and comfortable apartments. Also, it has spaces where you can walk with your pet. Nice swimming pool where you can relax or enjoy with your kids, gym and tennis court. The reception and maintenance staff are very friendly and always working to keep this community beautiful and pleasant.

I have loved my time so far at Parc! The neighborhood is so nice and well kept. Each maintenance request (not many made!!) is met with punctuality and care. My interactions with staff have been great. It’s been an incredible experience all around. I’d highly recommend living here!

Please don't apply here. These apartments are very nasty. Very dirty, old and overrated, very expensive. Nothing is updated big cockroaches everywhere. Maintenance guys sucks, they never come and fix anything. The only apartment that looks okay.Is the showroom apartment the building That's on display to show to potential renters. and everything in there is old as well.. The ladies in the office are very rude and liars! They overcharges you, with things you have no clue about and NICOLE is a big liar, she is very sneaky.She's stealing money from the office And she tells all of her business about her ex-husband to everybody who comes in and apply at the same time.Everybody in the office is very rude.DO NOT APPLY HERE My very first night I slept in my apartment. I was very uncomfortable because it was so nasty. I never got one peaceful sleep in that apartment. RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!! IM SO SIRIOUS..

We love it here! We’ve always been able to find parking near our building. The apartments are spacious and have lots of closets (we’re in a 2 bedroom). The washer and dryer hook ups are one of our favorite features. They aren’t brand new apartments, but they’re in good shape! It’s very easy to report any concerns and they are taken care of promptly! There are some cool amenities as well, car cleaning station, hammocks, fire pit area, grill area, pool, gym, small playground, and the community is gated. We didn’t think twice about renewing our lease!!

I stayed here for a year. The apartments are very spacious. It’s a safe, clean and well maintained complex. Maintenance is on point. They have a nice pool and fireplace area. I wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t for my husband’s job change.

Although the staff is kinda nice, They pick and choose who they want to rent to. The lady (Nicole) had our hopes up thinking we had the apartment & come to find out it was denied! They taking people money having them to fill out the application & you do not get application fee back. Me & my husband yearly gross way over $42,000 but my application got denied! My advice.. DONT APPLY!

I can say I have lived here almost 1 year and just renewed my lease for another year. Nocole has helped me with any issue I have had on anything. Always nice and polite all the office staff are. As well as all the maintenance staff. Any issue and there on top of it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend PARC 1346 to anyone moving to Chattanooga. Very nice housing. Great hospitality and professionalism from staff more specifically from Sydni and Jessica. They are great to work with. Would definitely do business with either of them if you come in.

I recently moved in a Miss Nicole helped me extensively with all the computer and paperwork. Very nice place can't wait to get my place settled and enjoy the amenities that are offered. All the staff that I've met are more than appy to help and very welcoming . Thank you again Miss Nicole !
