Legacy CPA started in 2012 in Southern Oregon. When co-founder Brian Manthe fell in love with Tennessee, he decided to open an office in the Chattanooga area. Brian purchased PAS Tax Services in 2021. Legacy CPA offers both individual and business tax services, business consulting, and financial consulting, with an emphasis on personal and business budgeting.
