Exceptional! Everything about this place was top notch! The man who gave me my eye exam was especially knowledable as was the lady who worked the front desk who helped me pick out my new glasses. Pearle Vision is my new go-to place for everything optical!

I just came from the Pearl vision center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I was wanting to get new glasses. I waited patiently for one of the three workers to help me. When they finished with their customer the three stood around talking about how horrible the people were that they just dealt with.One on the phone and in the store. I was sitting there holding the frames that I had chosen in my hand ,not one offered to ask if I needed anything or if I was just there spending the afternoon with nothing better to do. I know these glasses with the frames ,lenses and the bifocal would have been $300 to $400.?

The women who work up front are not helpful. Whatever happened to customer service - we paid a lot of money over the past three months. Yet I still can’t see out of my glasses and it always feels like I am burdening them.

There’s a reason this train wreck establishment can’t stay above 4 stars. I hope this review haunts the owner until he figures out how to hire customer service representatives who actually care about the customer. Visiting from Jacksonville, I left my contacts (Pearle Vision PX) at home and needed about 10 days worth of lenses. I offered to pay for the lenses. After proving my prescription via email, I was handed five days worth of lenses (at $1 a lens). When I asked for 10 days worth, the super (but not) helpful lady told me the lenses were for their “regular” customers. I guess a lifetime Pearle Vision customer from Jacksonville doesn’t count. I went to Stanton Optical down the street with NO ISSUES. Owner - tell your people to get it together. Also, tell the other two yahoos to not argue in the lobby over what constitutes an “eye emergency” in front of customers. Just an overall terrible experience. I’d love to hear from a manager or the owner about this. Stay away from this clown house. Nobody cares for eyes more than Pearle? How about nobody cares about you LESS than this Pearle Vision.

Absolutely the worst service ever. They are rude and disrespectful and they won’t send your prescriptions in so your contacts can be filled. What a joke!

My mother broke her eye glasses that she purchased from Prearle about two years ago. They were so friendly and helpful. Fixed them in 15 minutes with no questions asked and didn’t even charge her. Customer service like this is so rare these days!

I don't recommend this place we waited about fifteen minutes, then they took two other customers ahead of us, so we left.Don't waste your time there.
