My mother broke her eye glasses that she purchased from Prearle about two years ago. They were so friendly and helpful. Fixed them in 15 minutes with no questions asked and didn’t even charge her. Customer service like this is so rare these days!

I don't recommend this place we waited about fifteen minutes, then they took two other customers ahead of us, so we left.Don't waste your time there.

I was trying to get an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal (which I have gone to for years) and I was having trouble with online booking so I called the store. The lady was super unhelpful and didn’t really care to see if she could help out in anyway when she said itKeeps kicking her out. She said there’s nothing I can do in a sarcastic and rude tone and had no intention whatsoever of helping out other than saying I can’t do anything. When I asked to speak to someone else because she wouldn’t take my info down to see what other options she could do, she put me on hold and had no intention of picking the phone back up after saying well “it’s my job so.” I love my doctor but the front desk has never been great. I went this time last year and they overcharged my card when it should have been free as well. Will not be back.

Today 10/12/23 my husband & I went in for our scheduled appts for the 1st time. From the receptionist to the fellow customers & conversations and the absolute kindness/professionalism of Dr. Rosenthal! I highly recommend this location!!! ?

Great experience today getting glasses for my toddler. We went to other eye glass locations before stopping at Pearle Vision and were very disappointed with their customer care. Cynthia at Pearle Vision was so helpful and friendly. We got just what we needed and will be back again!

I can see by these reviews that I a not the only one disappointed by their customer service. The doctor is nice and was just fine. I went today to try to order my contacts and glasses. A lady told me to sit down that the lady sitting in front of me would help. The lady in front of me sat with me looking at her and waiting and scrolled on her phone for what seemed like an eternity. My friend who was with me literally texted me that she was about to get upset for me. Once she decided she would look up from her phone she said gosh I've got to eat I'm going to get sick. I said, I can come back. She said no. I asked if I could please just get a print out of my prescription. I got those and left. I will not be back. Very disrespectful. What has happened to customer service?

I recently had a bad experience with one of the opticians. Very frustrating experience to deal with her. Fortunately, Elise took over my situation and went above and beyond to make things right. Dr. Rosenthal is really good and I’ve been seen him for years now.

I ordered glasses and I got them in (after calling the verify bc I did not hear from them) and apparently my prescription changed in a month.. then I ordered my trial contacts.. they never ordered them. Until I called and had to check on them again. After a while, I finally ordered my regular contacts and had to reach out to them to find out if they were in. Unsure of how long they'd been in because they did not call me. Just seems like a bit disorganized there.

Wonderful experience. Office staff is friendly and professional. Waiting area is comfortable. Appointment started on time. Doc was patient and was very thorough. He independently confirmed issues diagnosed elsewhere. I heartily recommend Dr Rosenthal.Buying glasses was a similarly enjoyable experience. Plenty of options, professional advice on fit, candid advice on appearance and ZERO pressure to buy. Overall given the decline in manners in the medical fields, this was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I wouldnt spend my money here if it were the last Optometrist in the state. Nightmare of a place to deal with. Dr Rosenthal is 10 years past his prime, has no idea how to even operate the ancient equipment in his office
