I came to this location to purchase a snake. I bought a corn snake from this same location about 2 years ago. I picked out a milk snake and was asked if I had a tank. I had a 10 gallon tank at my home. The snake was about 8 inches long. They refused to sell me the snake unless I purchased a 20 gallon tank stating it was Petsmart policy. Weirdly the snake was being housed in a 1 gallon tank in store. I left and visited a different Petsmart and purchased a snake without any issues whatsoever. I wasn’t even asked about a tank or told about some so called Petsmart policy.

The lady with brightly colored hair, tattoos and piercings (i think her name was Michelle) was super helpful and friendly. It made me really comfortable knowing that they don't discriminate against artists and alternative folks in their hiring.

Petsmart on Gunbarrel Rd refused to sell me tropical fish. No explanation was given other than the mgr won’t let me.

Overcharged for bath/haircut/grooming. Did not finish after 4 hours. Questioned about pricing doubling and unfinished grooming and was told that’s just the way it is. Do not get your pet groomed here! They do not know what they are doing!

The store and store employs are super nice. However, the manager and employee in the grooming department was the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have 2 dogs that I would only take them to Petsmart. Never again! I found another store with nicer people.

I took my daughter's dog here for grooming. This is the place she goes to for all things dog, gooming, food, toys, etc PetSmart is the place. I scheduled the appointment online I put in the comments that her dog Milo is anxious in the beginning but once everything gets started he relaxes and enjoys the experience. I explained that he is a Pomchi with a big personality; like most Pomchi. We get to the grooming area and I was told that our groomer had step away to the bathroom we waited I begin talking to one of the other groomers about the dog she was working with small chit chat. Another groomer comes out and makes a comment about where is the groomer for Milo and says something negatively about the girl. The first groomer then calls her on the store intercom. She shows up introduces herself we go through the paperwork and discuss Milo's temperament and anxiety in the beginning afterwards she realizes she doesn't have the PetSmart leash that she has to use for him she goes to find it and once again her coworkers begin talking about her, negatively. She had explained to me that she was new to the position and had another dog to groom in addition to Milo. I assisted her with switching out the leashes and for some crazy reason she goes to pick Milo up from his butt and private area his back was to her and facing me as I was talking to him. Mind you he's nervous and then she grabs him from the back he turns and growls at her and I jump up and ask her what is she doing. One of the other groomers asked if he bit her and she very hesitantly says yes, and the other groomer immediately says he's aggressive and they could not groom him. I know for a fact he didn't bite her. I asked how would you like to be grabbed from behind by a stranger and if he was going to be aggressive he would have been when she switched out the leashes plus it's their policy that the groomers not pick up the dogs thus the leash. Needless to say I was not happy and their customer service during this time was not good at all. We will not ever go to another PetSmart.

Was able to snag a cat tower on an amazing sale! The staff couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. The young lady helping me even went out and loaded my car for me! Lol, old gals like me appreciate that extra step!

The store was clean, the staff was attentive and helpful, and I was able to easily find a last-minute product I needed. I appreciate that they price match their own website. I can usually save a couple dollars on purchases.
