Absolutely love.This place took my son for his first haircut and the service was amazing.They dealt with him moving around and didn't nick his skin!!! Definitely will be back!!!

The beautician did an excellent job with my 4 year old daughter’s first hair cut! I was very pleased with the results. My daughter was anxious before arriving. The environment at Pigtails & Crewcuts helped put her at ease. Thank you 🙏

It was such a special occasion, witnessing my little boy's very first haircut. I was a bit uncertain about how he would react, but the entire experience was truly amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind to my little one. We will certainly be returning.

No compassion or understanding for children with autism. It can be difficult for my child but if you are patient he will eventually calm down and do well. I didn’t appreciate the way Norma talked to my child today. We left with an unfinished hair cut because of her unprofessionalism. We have been coming here for 2 years but will not be back.

Beth is the BEST! Our grandson has had such a fear of haircuts and Beth has been so patient, kind and understanding! This little guy went from tears and melt-down to actually smiling and engaging with Beth! She has gone out of her way to help him become comfortable instead of just giving up!!

We were 3 minutes late for our 2 yr old haircut, due to weather conditions. Anyway, as we walked in the lady at the counter sted that there was a late policy. Which is fine but such disgust with us being late. People should really be more custmer friendly.

Drove an hour in the rain to make it to an appointment at 12:00. Hit a little traffic and arrived at 12:06 and was told they have a 5 minute late policy I would have to reschedule.....never again!

I brought my 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old boys for haircuts.
My 1 1/2 year old had Beth. She was amazing! She was so kind and sweet to him even though he cried 90% of the time. His hair cut turned out so cute!!
My 3 year old had Norma. Not the same experience. She was less patient, didn’t seem comfortable cutting his hair, and rushed through it even though he sat very still and was trying to talk to her about the rain outside. When she decided she was finished his hair was not faded at all, his bangs were very crooked, he had random chunks of short hair cut, and one side was significantly longer than the other side. She kept combing his hair to one side almost like she was trying to hide the uneven, choppy cut. We asked her to fix numerous spots, but she seemed slightly irritated we were asking her to fix it, so we just stopped and gave up because it wasn’t getting better. Thankfully I was able to come home and fix it with our clippers.
I will be bringing my boys back, but will definitely be sure to book appointments with Beth.

First time coming here. Came in on Sunday and didn’t know we HAD to make an appointment.. we did however make one and it was made for 11:40. Since we were already at the location we decided to wait there (over an hour) JUST TO BE SKIPPED AND IT WAS PAST MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENT TIME! We will NEVER come back.
