I felt like the drivers treated me like family. I strongly recommend using PODS to everyone. Scott, Alex, and Jay (Joe?)were so nice and helpful . Will definitely use them again in the future!

Awesome stuff. Everything occurred exactly as arranged in the first phone call, with no additional action required on my end. I didn't need to be there if I chose not to. I met with all the drivers and they were fantastic and kind the whole way. The kids loved the Podzilla! All the drivers were great. Last one I met and remember was Joe. He picked up the empty PODS to seal the deal, and left no trace.

Super convenient and easy to schedule drop off and return. Affordable and great staff. Our pickup man Joe had the container loaded and gone in under 5 minutes. Will use again and recommend to others.

The person who moved the pod in was Alex. He came in and went over the process with me, and the actual set up was quick, easy, and explained well. He made sure I understood the entire process and worked with me to ensure my satisfaction with the pod placement and use. He even did it twice because of a miscommunication that put the pod where we didn't want it. Alex remained professional, friendly, and diligent despite the fiasco and is very deserving of this 5 star review!

It’s a good system. Everything came from Richmond, Virginia to my house on the side of a mountain in Georgia with no damage. And thank you, Joe, the driver. Our driveway is a little tricky and he was great at negotiating the tight space.
