Granted, this is a third party vendor and I see from the last person's review that you do not take responsibility for your service. Next time I will be smarter and NOT use this shipping service. You could at least let your customer know that their package will not get to the destination on time. I paid $92 to ship documents for a real estate closing because your employee assured me that they would arrive by a certain day and time. This is the first and last time I will use this company and I will discourage anyone I know from using it as well for shipping items. Thank you for a very expensive lesson.

I had a fantastic experience with Postnet! My items were shipped incredibly quickly, far exceeding my expectations. We've been patrons of Postnet since they opened. They are incredible. They have been exceedingly accommodating to my tight timelines. All staff are great, but major shout out to Lily, they go out of their way to ensure my projects are formatted properly and look polished. The extra eyes are always appreciated. Forever business patron.

Not a place for international or APO shipping, unfortunately; you're better off going to USPS (where I've had great experiences for international postage).

Paid an astronomical amount to have a package shipped out of state. The address was wrong, which admittedly was on me, but rather than call either me or the number of the recipient (which they specifically asked me to provide), they let the item be returned all the way back to Chattanooga before notifying me. When I expressed my frustration, the person on the phone wasn't very sympathetic and said they can't control what UPS chooses to do with packages. In the future I'll ship directly through UPS instead of paying a premium for absolutely no customer service at all. Based on the defensive and unapologetic replies to previous reviews, customer service and professionalism are absolutely not qualities they possess. I guess just because someone has the money to open a franchise doesn't mean they have the class to run it well. Take your money elsewhere.

I have ordered several things from this location. Postcards for my business, invitations etc.. The Manager Joanna, was excellent at helping me all the way.
