We describe April as the "Best there is, the Best there ever was, and the Best there ever will be". This is the 3rd financing that she has secured for us, and this does not even include our friends who she has assisted as well. Great communicator, easy to work with, tirelessly advocates for her clients. On her latest financing for us, she was able to find a loophole that saved us $5000 in closing costs and $600 a month in mortgage payments, 24 hours prior to closing.

We recently used Prime Lending to purchase a new home. April Diehl did an amazing job walking us through the lending process. This was greatly appreciate led as we completed all the paperwork/closing while geographically separated from the property. This is the second time we have utilized April and she has done a great job on both accounts. I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a new home.

Prime Lending did nothing. Shay Robins who happens to work at Prime Lending went above and beyond what any person could be reasonably asked to do. The reputation of a company is only as good as it's core representation. Shay represented at the highest level possible. She is God send. Take care of her Prime Lending. You're way less without ger.

Patty was amazing to work with. She was very thorough and made sure we understood everything that we needed to sign. We asked for multiple options when it came to which rate/term we wanted. She was prompt to give us all of our options and explain in detail the benefits of each. She also worked hard to put pressure on the selling agent, as we had a difficult time with them. Unfortunately, we didn't close on time, but that is not Patty's fault. She always had us on the top of our priority list and ensured we were getting everything done according to the VA's check list. Working with VA customers isn't always the easiest. The VA loan is very strict, with many deadlines to be met before closing can occur. Patty was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend her to friends to work with.

Most incredible lending company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Patty kept us up to speed throughout the entire process as well as helping guide us the the we should go in a very difficult market! We had actually given up the year before after losing 8 different homes in bid wars! Highly recommended for even Veterans!
