I just booked a storage unit at 5301 Hixson pike location. And I had the pleasure of being helped by Mrs. Kim. She was very accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, thorough in finding a deal for me, kind and courteous. She is very good and what she does. And I highly recommend her location for storage!
