Good clean store but stay away from the bakery. They don’t listen or pay attention when ordering cakes/cookie cakes. I tried this store b/c the McCutcheon has a horrible bakery & ruined my son’s 19th Birthday Cake. Now this one messed up a Birthday Cookie & these are way too expensive to ruin. It’s like they don’t train their staff.

I’ve been shopping at this Publix since the day it opened in 2007, and I love it! (It is a former Winn Dixie building, so not the new-construction style, but to me, it feels more homey that way.)
Quality meats and produce and great customer service!?

The staff was very friendly and help me find things I couldn't find. The woman I met was extremely nice and shewed me where things were not just told me. The problem I had was with the deli. I got 2 sandwiches and a couple of side items. When hey left them off, I asked the guy about it and he has an attitude about giving me anything. I asked for banana peppers and he ripped them apart so he didn't have to give me many. I asked for oil and vinegar and garlic aioli and he said only 2 side items per customer. I said one is for one sandwich and one is for the other. He didn't care and got more of an attitude about it. I just left. I didn't want to argue with him and didn't think I should have to. No other Publix does that. Then when I wen to check out, there was a guy breathing down my neck. He was literally standing so close to me that I asked him if I was in his way. He said no but he was there to help. I'm like help does not have to be so close. Plus I never asked him for any. It was very off putting. I know people with boundary issues and they definitely would not like that and I don't either. I think I will go to the one in Battlefield parkway from now on. Never had that there.
