This is, by far, the worst Publix I’ve ever been to. Want a sub? Wait 20 minutes for them to tell you they can’t make it right now. Want some deli meat? Wait 20 minutes to be waited on even though you’re the only customer standing there. I’d give a higher rating to Walmart at this point.

Publix is consistent. They do a better than average job at merchandising but at a premium price. There are equally as good, if not better, grocery store options in the Chattanooga area with much better pricing.
