I went to afc urgent care for my drug test for a job. They used quest diagnostics as their service for drug testing. Got that done March 28. I cant call to get a update on why it's taking so long. The Medical review officer on my form isn't even employed because that company on my paper is shutdown. So idk who can give my list of prescriptions I'm on for the test if they inferred. They are dragging their feet on a simple drug test. An from these other reviews I'm not the only one. I am trying to start a new job and they could cost me this opportunity. Even my new employers are getting impatient. The phone line is designed to just send you in circles so you don't talk to a actual human being. I just need my results sent so I can get started with my new job.

The text check-in process is efficient and the ability to scan your insurance cards while waiting saves time too. The staff is
personable and one technician always asks about my wife, the patient, when, I drop off items.

The staff who assisted me was friendly, thorough and professional. She was wonderful. The wait was short and the flow was very good at the location. Everything else about this experience is the definition of horrible healthcare customer service. The fact that there is no way to speak to a person when you need to and the phone directions you tot eh website with questions. This is healthcare and interaction is required. I am a nurse and I am so disgusted and appalled that this company thinks it is acceptable to run patients around in circles to avoid providing any real or personalized service whatsoever outside of contact with the specimen collector. Do better. Corporate greed and laziness at it's finest right here.

I didn't have any issues when I went. Make an appointment online and buy your test before you go. Check in when you arrive either via kiosk or the text you receive. I had blood taken, and the lady was kind to me when I felt faint afterward.

Picky with insurance. They don't take Walmart Blue Cross Blue Shield. Then they bill nearly $1000 for lab work. Now it's sent to collections and I'm unable to pay. This is American Healthcare folks! We need to do something about these people.

The check in was easy. Jessica was phenomenal. She was a blood draw pro!! Plus, she was lovely.
Such a pleasant experience. No long waits and pleasant staff. Recommend this facility!

Customer service is terrible!!! I got there at 3:20 & sat there for 20 mins before someone came out to help me. Then the rude lady came out & said they stop drug testing at 3:30. I told her I been here and she told me I wasn’t even though when I walked in NO ONE WAS UP FRONT!!! Inconvenienced me & did not have any empathy.

Awful customer service. I had arrived at 9:20 my appt was at 9:30. I had checked in right behind a guy with a red visor with my QR code. A woman who was darker in skin color, curly bob, glasses and older had been calling other people back. I had politely told her I had checked in and I have been here waiting. She got rude and said if you checked in your name would be up there on the tv, you’re late. I said you can check the cameras. She decided to proceed to pop off with attitude and say you see that screen your names not up there you didn’t check in. Whether it was the checking in system she didn’t seem to care and that’s when I got annoyed and said screw it. I had to be at work and it said I wouldn’t be able to be seen til 11:30. Instead of her acknowledging cause she had seen us sitting there and I said she can check the cameras she could have said let me grab you after this one. I wouldn’t have her in a customer based area honestly keep her in back with paperwork. I have worked in customer service several years and if that’s how you treat people it’s time for you to retire.

It was really easy to make an appointment online, there was no wait when I got there, and the phlebotomist was very pleasant. I received my results the next day, and Quest followed up to make sure I understood them and check if I had any questions.

I need a Felicia at every hospital and doctors appointment I go to! Not only is she so nice and wonderful to talk to, she hit my vein on the first try and I barely felt it. Blood assurance, and all of my other hospitals can never hit one of my main vessels. Thank you again, Felicia!
