I will return back to this branch and the two gentleman were very helpful and polite. I love they customer service and even when it were closing time they did not stop working on my stuff. They continued to help until we got it resolve.

on June 15th I opened a checking account at Regions on Ringgold Road in East ridge. I immediately made a mobile deposit to my account. I realize it takes a bit longer but wanted the convenience of the app. 10 working days later, my check was still being held for non payment by the issuing bank. This all according according to the regions manager Micheal C. My employer called the issuing bank and they showed him that the check had been paid already. Now look people someone has had this money for 10 days and it was withheld from me. Sounds like a scam? Somebody got 10 days of interest for free! Not a big deal in one check you say? How about thousands of checks per month? I'm considering changing to chime.

I would NEVER recommend using Regions Bank. They do not care about customer's needs, they have no secondary validation procedures to accommodate deaths in a family, and it is...in my opinion...poorly run.

I would like to see longer hours.. open later in the day and remain open till 5... maybe 10 to 5... the service is OK... I've been a customer more than 10 years....
