Set up my account to not allow credit card transactions without sufficient funds. This is 100% not the case. Would not use this bank.

Reported my debit card lost this morning, was freaking out because I was afraid I wouldn't have rent money and a way to grab lunch. They were able to print me a new card then and there. Took 2 seconds! 5 stars

I’ve always been very pleased with my experiences there. The staff is always pleasant and receptive and readily take care of my needs, questions, etc. Take a few minutes and experience them for yourself.

People working in this location I believe are racist. I went first time to withdraw my money and the lady in cashier told me she has no amount I needed (10k) and told me it will have to take a week to get it if I request it. 2nd time I walk in the lady said she needs 2 ID’s. Since I only have a driver’s license, I asked her if I could show to her my employee ID with my photo ID in my phone and that she can verify my email and phone number but still she said she want the actual ID (ridiculous, right). She said they just change their protocol. So I went to another branch regions in Soddy Daisy and all they ask is 1 ID and they verify my info through email by sending me a code, and the transaction is done within 10 mins. So I don’t know if the protocol is for all regions bank or just that bank in gunbarrel and if it is just changed during my transaction with them just because I’m not white. Their customer service is absolutely not friendly.

Love the location. Deposit everyday there and even when they are short staffed they work hard through it.

I will post evidence later to proof this branch the karen racism people work in this branch not let me update the new phone number even I have government ID and passport . And they said they can’t close my account . Because I don’t use the old phone number ..!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. First day, I sat in the lobby over 20 minutes was told to have a seat and someone would help me, instead I watched the Loan Officers walk in and out of each others office. Totally ignored me and I left. 2nd day, 10-7, I returned back to the bank and Spoke to a teller(later found out that she was the branch manager) who told me to have a seat and someone would assist me. I engaged in conversation with two other people who also were waiting and had been 22 minutes before I arrived. They left 12 minutes later before being assisted. I stayed a total of 30 minutes, before the branch manager came to assist. She was no HELP. I left after being there a total of 45 minutes with no resolution.

Worst bank to open account in! Think twice before you decide to open it! Checks always deposit to account with delay. App is horrible and glitching often. Once i couldn’t deposit paycheck through app because it was glitching and kept saying “request can’t be fulfill now”. So i went to drive through. And guess what? Check deposited twice! Through app and drive through. I called to assistant and after 30! waiting her while she was figuring out what to do she told me just to wait and it should clear out by itself. And it did, but i was charged 15$ for double depositing! Also i have had multiple when they delayed depositing my check for 10-15 days without explaining reason! Once it happened before my rent was coming and i had to loan money to pay for rent while my paycheck was on hold! People beware! Find more reliable bank!
