My rent a center store always helps us with any new products we get, delivery is always fast with no problems, and if any issues arise they are always there to fix it or make it right. I have paid off several products with them.

Dont rent stuff from this location or any of them.. these places play on people that cant afford to buy these items so they give them a option to rip them off and make them pay double and triple what the item is worth. To me that is just being greedy.

Called Mark, the store manager, about getting a refund for an original purchase I had made and had cancelled last minute with an associate from the store. I was in the mindset that this would prevent any charges being made to my card since I didn’t officially sign off on any paperwork or contract for the initial purchase, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I had talked to two different associates before talking to Mark and was told that he would be informed about my situation and that it would be handled. Unfortunately again that was not the case.Mark was neither informed and no one in the store tried to help me get my money back from the auto payment that I never agreed to.When I finally had a chance to talk to Mark, Mark seemed uninterested about my situation and basically had a “not my problem” attitude with me on the phone.Would definitely recommend other means of making purchases elsewhere instead of dealing with a poor managed team as the one here in this branch.
