The "Team Lead" was extremely rude to myself and their workers. Her name was Shella and incorrectly counted the money I had given her to deposit into my account. I felt the need to ask for corporates number but I feel more satisfied leaving this review.

I like that this location is close to my home. They have fast service and the store is very clean. There’s lots of parking space available and it’s not a long wait time for medication that I have have filled for myself and my children. They have been different pharmacy assistants but they have always been nice to me.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly and I have consistently had a delightful experience with their pharmacists and pharmacy workers. It’s also very nice that they have a drive-thru compared to the others that are in this area.

I started using this pharmacy in December of 2020. Almost every interaction with the pharmacy has been a disaster. I did take into consideration that this is a brand new location, but I've finally decided to move all my business to a different location. Staff still seems overwhelmed and inexperienced. Final straw was when I noticed they shorted me 1/3 of my medication last month. They told me it may take a while to go back and check their staff cameras. They called back shortly after to admit it was their mistake. Totally inconvenient and sketchy. They just reprinted the original labels, marked out "90 ct" and wrote "30". Looks like they tried not to report the mistake to Walgreens Corp.

Went yesterday a couple minutes before closing and had a gentleman help me out. I felt very welcomed and he was very kind and super helpful. He went out of his way to go to the back for me a check some inventory.

We were waiting in line for a quite a while to pick a prescription through the drive through. I used my lunch break from work to make the time for it in the middle of the week.When we pulled up to the window at around 1:30pm, the technician said the pharmacist had just left for lunch and that they couldn’t fulfill our order. I sat in line for half an hour, used up my entire lunch break just to be told they couldn’t fulfill my order. Absolute waste of my time and super rude to do when you have a bunch of people in line waiting to get medicine that they need.

My mom and I waited for the COVID vaccine for over an hour. The service was bad and the people looked as though they had no clue as to what they were doing. It took so long. There weren’t enough chairs for everyone to sit in. It was crowded and they weren’t organized.

I have worked for Walgreens for 3 years and absolutely love it.
