No place is perfect but I largely have no complaints. They are responsive to maintenance issues, and as somebody who moved from a place infested with bugs year-round, I can count on two hands how many bugs I've seen in my apartment in just one year here, so their pest control is fantastic. Location is great. Guest parking isn't ideal. Never have to be concerned about crime or break-in. You could do way, way, way, way, way worse in your choice of places to live.

I love this place because LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Always something maintenance-wise that needs to be done because it is not a new building. I feel like the location of mine makes that more so, but I also love my unit and wouldn’t want to trade it so I stick with it. Plus, it’s pet-friendly which is a win!

These apartments are next to the Market Street Bridge and Riverfront Parkway. The noise from the motorcycles and loud cars is unbearable. If you want to sleep at night especially on weekends and holidays, this place is not for you. Also their maintenance service and customer service is terrible. You should visit the property at night before you sign the lease. Also read the lease agreement thoroughly before you sign it. After you sign the lease, you have to give two months notice plus two additional months rent.

I have lived here for 6 months, and in that time, I have had multiple maintenance issues.Brandon (maintenance guy) is AMAZING, but he can't make up for the fact that the building is old and the so-called renovations to this building have only been cosmetic.Be prepared for roof leaks on your bed, water-pooling by your front door and balcony (leaking into your apartment), shower curtain rods falling on your head, the dishwasher spewing soap and water all over your kitchen and living room, and multiple other issues.
