I came into RNR Tire after being referred by Ace Auto Repair and was told to ask for Manny. From the moment I arrived, Manny was determined to help and immediately took the situation seriously. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was properly handled, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get me back on the road.
The entire process was quick and painless. Manny’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. If you’re coming to RNR Tire, definitely ask for Manny. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had an issue with 3 of my tire pressure sensors not reading all of a sudden. I pulled into the shop and was greeted by Manny. Told him my issue they immediately took a look at my issue and stated the batteries in the sensors were going bad. I told him that I would like the 3 replaced, he suggested that I do all 4 since I didn’t know when the 4th may go bad. He gave me a great price on doing all 4 which would have been the same price as changing just the 3. They were very busy but said he could fit me in that it would take about a hour. I waited and in exactly an hour my truck was done and all of my tires were rebalanced also. My truck rides like I just put brand new tires on it! I couldn’t be happier with their services. I highly recommend using them and will return if I have any tire issues! Thanks again Manny!

I came to get some new tires and I'm very disappointed I'm happy about getting my new tires but at the same time the person who worked on my car to change my tires decided to take it upon themselves to loosen my brakes without checking with me first and then told me after the fact that they loosen the brakes due to the tires being new because the tread was new I don't appreciate that whatsoever because I feel like I never asked for that service to be done only for them to do it to my car and now I'm not satisfied with how my vehicle is stopping and but I don't appreciate that at all just for the simple fact that I never asked for Prince that to be done so it's upsetting knowing that I have to pay out of pocket for me to have something done to my car that I didn't do nor that I asked for I'm not happy about that at all
