This is definitely a place to find Name Brand discounted items. The name is Ross Dress for Less. This is the Real Deal ? . I highly recommend you go check ✅ them out for yourself ?. I'm not just talking clothing , of course shoes. They have some really nice home decorations. I have purchased a few of them myself over the years. I have to warn you, before it harms you Buy It today ! Believe me those bargains fly off the shelves really quick ! The good thing is most of the items are not the same. You guys will have the luxury of having that certain piece of clothing, shoes, or furniture. Yourself, friends or family will have that unique special gift. I promise someone will ask you where did you get that gift ? Of course at Ross Dress for Less is the place. Guess what ? They will go looking for the same thing ?. Very poor customer service. I asked a associate when I purchased the items on 4/28 what the return policy is. she said as long as you have the receipt we can return them with the tags.I go to return the items on 6/2 and they will only offer store credit past 30days. Which is fine if someone who have told me that when I asked but they did not. Uneducated staff on policies. The woman processing the refund was very nice but the manager did not care that her employees were giving out false information to customers. I have a $98 credit now for a place I won’t be back to simply because the manager truly didn’t care. I have worked retail for 7 yrs and would never treat someone like such. Also why card board merchandise return cards??? Very silly and flimsy.
