Need to hire better help stood the jewelry counter ready to buy a few items. After being ignored for 20 minutes I left. Terrible customer service
Here it is later the the road still same bad service. This lady has a terrible attitude and needs to know how to talk to customers. Very rude and disrespectful.

No matter who, what, or where , I am always delightfully pleased with selection, price, and fast the service, product, and employees are at all Ross stores that I have previously shopped.

Usually, I browse in Ross for a good hour or more. I didn't at this particular location. I made a couple of great Halloween finds and checked out. When I first came in, I went to use the restroom and the lady there to assist with the code was smart assy, so I didn't feel welcomed to shop. The employees in the rest of the store were nice and attentive though.

Customer service at this location is horrible. The cashier had an issue with her computer after I had already paid and wanted me to pay again. I saw the money come out of my bank account and told her that. She said loudly “well I don’t have it!” and spoke to me like I was dumb as though it was an issue with me. She completely escalated an issue where I was remaining calm. Swiped my card again just so I could take the item and leave the situation.

Bought a pair of shoes and the FIRST time I go to tie them the rubber that holds the laces snap. I kept the receipt and when I went to return them less than a week later was told by the cashier that they can’t accept returns of defect products. I persisted, showing the receipt and explained that the product was a defect product and she insisted that they could not accept defect products, even WITH a receipt (this was less than a week after the initial purchase!) I persisted further and she said she “would do it this one time for customer service” and I said she should do it regardless. Careful when shopping at Ross. If you have a defect product, GOOD LUCK RETURNING or expecting a refund.

Employees were rude,told me I had to move my cart in order to use the ladys room. I already had it moved out of the way. I spoje to management on the day it happened which is 12/1/23 at 5:07pm which responded with ignoring my concerns so We left our buggies and walked out.
Hite Americans who know how to respect Americans before you go bankrupt like jcpenny did in Chattanooga!
We are going to Christmas shop at Belks! Rude employees dont waste your time shopping there!

THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE SOME WERE SAYING NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT A CERTAIN RACE. AND THEY WERE ALSO SAYING THAT THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHY THEY WERE SELLING USA MERCHANDISE. I HEARD THAT AND WALKED OUT!!!
