do not ever go in with bills larger 20 they expect you to come in with low money and won’t sell you anything. they need to be shut down for poor customer service . very rude and didn’t want to seek thier products so why are you even open ????

I went to Sally's Beauty Supply looking for a Keratin treatment kit. There was a lady whom I believe was the manager checking some customers out when I first entered the store. However, she did greet me as soon as I entered. I walked around looking for the treatment and couldn't find it. So after the employee was finished with the customers, I asked her if she had the treatment. She walked me back to where they were. I continued to browse and noticed a sign that said, "receive $10 off your $40 purchase." I noticed a younger employee stocking products pretty close to the sign. I asked her if she could give me the details of the promotion. She said she wasn't sure how it worked that it just started, which I found odd. She didn't seem very confident about helping me. But she did stop what she was doing to go ask the other employee the details and came back and explained them to me. I told her I was ready to check out, so she started to ring me up. There was a product at the register that I asked if she knew the price. She didn't, so she rang it up in order to let me know. I told her that I didn't want it. So she didn't know how to remove it from my items. She had to go once again and get the other employee. I am pretty sure that she is probably a new employee. Just from her lack of knowledge and the way she seemed uncomfortable. But she was friendly. I don't go to Sally's a lot. But whenever I do go, they are always helpful. I just think their prices are too high and that this particular location is extremely small, so its hard to get around in. Especially if they're busy. The customers who were checking out when I came in the store had to move in order for me to enter. It's just because of the size of the store and the layout. Two people can't pass in one of the aisles because they are so narrow. Everything is crammed into a very small space. I was looking at products on a shelf in front of me, and I had my purse on my shoulder. Whenever I moved down the aisle, my purse knocked something off the shelves behind me. That's how narrow they are. If you are claustrophobic at all, you will definitely feel anxious in this store.

I would have given it 5 stars but the Ion Permanent Brights, in the different punky colors, is always out. Every store is always equipped with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If there is ever a hair dye emergency or question on how to bleach or color your hair, the staff always has an answer or knows how to fix your mistake. Also, give more coupons, BOGOS and more discounts

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten… I placed an order for developer at 11am, and at 4pm still hadn’t received the order. I sent an email to sally, and of course 24-48 wait, so I called the store, and a woman answered and I told her my issue, and immediately she was short and offered no help, basically told me I was out of luck and I could come pick it up. Defeats the purpose of delivery. So I had to stop what I was doing and drive to the store. When I got there, my developer was gone… I asked the clerk where it was, I had just canceled the order 10 minutes ago, she said they had a sudden surge of customers, and it was gone, she never once offered to look to see if there was any more in the back, she just told me I was out of luck, and also informed me that the drivers won’t pick up an order if it’s too small…This is what works in customer service these days… grade a workers I tell you
