I had been wanting to come and check out some shoes I saw online. When we walked in the door the guy working didn’t greet us much unlike the guy who had been working years before. We had to ask him several times before he answered. He never tried to help us find our sizes. When we left, no come back or nothing.

This place has a few shoes with actual good support. But some shoes that are worthless with no support and cost to much. You just have to pay attention.But the customer service is great! I bought two pairs of very good support sandals that helped my planters fasciitis. It saved my life.

After the 2nd incident at this store, I’m going out of my way to leave a review. Silvia at the Hixson location needs to be fired. She is absolutely horrible in all aspects. She literally harassed my mother and I on 2 separate occasions in front of people in the store. She told us we were not allowed to look at the shoes until she was ready to help us, mind you these shoes are very expensive and having spent hundreds of dollars here, to be treated like this was unacceptable. Silvia should not be in any type of customer service work, she is disgusting. I will be following up with cooperate over these incidents.

So happy to find an SAS shoe store in the area. Great quality American made shoes.Great service. Steve measured my foot and tried the shoes on me. You can be sure of great quality and correct fit if you shoe shop here. Many styles to choose from. Plenty of free parking.
