Tim started out very professional and responsive. He replaced the screen on my Samsung S23 but the screen was incompatible. At first he was willing to replace the screen for no additional cost but then he stopped taking my phone calls. I paid him $200 and 2 weeks later paid someone else $375 to have the phone repaired right. Highly disappointed in Tim as I was visiting from out of town

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He came to our house, repaired the front screen on my husbands phone, but in the process broke the back screen. Told us about it, said he was going to get a new one and would come back the same day to repair. He NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER ANSWERED ANOTHER phone call. What a joke. I would never recommend to anyone.

I had a damaged s23u screen and was able to get a service call to the house quickly. The screen he put in that was immediately available was defective but operational with the S pin. He let me keep the screen while they expedite ordered another screen overnight to the repair shop. Received the second screen next day and two months later no issues with quality or installation.
No additional fee for the second visit and was a good price and time efficient. Thank you for your service.

Very Professional, Knowledgeable & Affordable Phone Repair Technician known since he first opened his business and he’s never failed me. He’s even came to me when my car was broke down and fixed my phone in less than 10 mins & saved the day! Would never go anywhere else but here to fix all my apple devices.

Awesome experience. I broke my screen this morning and he was able to come to the front door within an hour and fix it within 15 minutes. Great price too.

They provide a completely necessary service with quality results. Then there's the convenience factor, which has the unfortunate duty of taking the blame for only 4 stars. I imagine, due in part to being mobile, the prices are elevated a bit. I do recommend them!
