Trucks driver delivers this place IS NOT for 53 ft trailer you have to go all way back end make u turn and park next to dock ramp they unload handle be careful is tie for sleeper truck but the workers are great people

Sandra & Chandler are so helpful and very friendly. We were looking for a freezer and found just what we were looking for. We also ended up purchasing a washer and dryer as well. I would shop here again and would recommend anyone to stop in.

Bought a new washer and dryer from Sandra several months ago, had an issue with a machine and Sandra went out of her way to help me correct it! Will always purchase equipment and furniture from her wherever she may work!

I had the most amazing experience at this American Freight Hixson location. Being very new to the area from FL, I walked in looking to find a washer and dryer for my new townhouse. Sandra was beyond words extraordinarily helpful as well as being so nice and friendly! She made the experience so very fun & exciting! We ended up finding me a couch, rug, tables, lamps and tv stand as well as the washer dryer I originally needed! Sandra really went over and beyond, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and was such a tremendous help with setting things up in the store and making sure everything looked good together - it made this not only an extremely invaluable experience but a super fun one, I mean I seriously had a blast! I don’t even have the words to describe how truly spectacular she is and I am so incredibly grateful! I know for any future furniture needs I may have, American Freight will be my first stop because of her, this level of customer service is rare these days but she is outstanding and a huge asset! Also, I feel I should mention that though Sandra was the standout of assistance for me during this process, everyone at this location was really nice and helpful as well - even the delivery guys were awesome! I am one very happy customer!
