Got bad premium gas here a couple days ago, and my mechanic had to treat the fuel system to remedy the issue it had caused.

They charge for tap water!!! I filled my had tank and they wanted to charge me for ice and tap water on a 95 degree day! It seems inhumane.

I just went there and filled up gas without paying attention to price. But when I filled my tank fully, I noticed it was a huge amount. They charged me 3.29 for a gallon and when I drove around to see the prices it was only 2.89 the max even the nearby shell gas station . They literally charged me 50 cents a gallon more. This place is an example of complete looting. I am sad no officials are there to see their insane price. I will never go back there. Whoever driving the interstate pls be aware not to go there they will empty your pocket so fast. Bunch of greedy people running that place

I have frequented this Shell for quite sometime as I love the performance my car receives with Shell gas and I love the loyalty program. However, when you go inside to buy something, be prepared to be met by the most unfriendly clerk. Also their bathroom has been "out of order" for literally months. I suspect they don't want the public to use it because I'm certain the employees must need to use a restroom during their shift. This location is not up to the Shell standard, in my opinion.

i stoped here to get gas and my daughter wanted me to fill up her water bottle with ice and water, i bought a drink because i didnt wanna just fill up ice and water. The check out lady charged me for to drinks. I questioned her and then she threatened me. so I poured out the ice and water. pretty bad experience. and i would never suggest going back to the sky station. The culture is horrendous.

Never, ever, ship furniture or anything valuable through them. I'm so appalled that their website advertises that they "specialize in packing and shipping antique items." It's completely false advertising. I paid them over $500 to ship an antique Danish teak cabinet. This is what I received. The damage was just shocking and heartbreaking. Charlie threw the cabinet into a box surrounded by four pieces of foam, without so much as removing the inner shelves or wrapping the product tight with plastic wrap. It has now been three weeks since I received my destroyed piece of furniture and I've received zero compensation, despite their claims that they are working with their insurance company to process my claim.

Probably Not About To Sure Of Stop Get Gas.When My Parents & I Were Here In Chattanooga For Vacation Trip We Stop Here To Fill Up With Some Gas.I Was Putting Some Gas In My Mom's Automobile.Person In A Van Pull Up Next To Were I Was Pumping Gas.Walk Up To Me & Needed Some Money.I Had To Say No.Course I Was Afraid Person Going To Pull Out A Gun And Try Rob Me.Then My Mom Told Me To Get In The Car After I Finish Putting Some Gas In Her Car.Same Person Walk Over To My Mom.My Mom Told Person We Don't Have Any Cash To Give.I Wanted To Go Inside Of Shell Station And Have Somebody To Call The Police On That Person Trying To Beg For Money.Wish This Gas Station Had Security Guard To Keep Customers From Getting Rob.
