Friendly, knowledgeable service and great at assisting with color selection. I never feel rushed and an associate always carries my purchase to my vehicle without being asked. It's a nice customer service experience that is being lost in many retail stores.

Outstanding store and staff. Friendly, and knowledgeable about Sherwin Williams products. This is a well run store and has top notch associates working there.Based on my experiences with the East Brainerd store, I'll never buy paint or materials at Lowes or Home Depot again.
