They have a big sign that says they have over 20 million shoes in stock and if you can't find your size to order them...... I asked the lady if they could get them in my size and she said no all we can get you is what's out on the floor..... I've never had trouble ordering shoes anywhere this is a first

The staff here is always so helpful and nice. Rita, I believe she is the store manager, will go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I love this store. I live in chickamauga and travel a little ways to get here. It is always worth the trip!
