“Nice staff, but the customer service desk needs to take a lesson or two in listening to customer concerns and being helpful. I had to drive to the Cleveland location to get the help I needed.”

“Hamilton Place is the best mall in East TN. Rarely will you find a closed down or empty store and the variety in shops is incredible. There's really not much that you can't find here. The parking lot is huge and well designed, providing plenty of close parking, including spots for recharging your electric vehicle. It's super easy to access from I-75 and just as easy to hop back onto the interstate when you are done shopping. They also offer a great variety of places to eat. Everything from "sit down" restaurants, to a large food court with almost any type of cuisine you might be craving. So if you get the opportunity, take a trip to Hamilton Place and see all it has to offer for yourself!”

“Purchase shoes online and picked up at the local store. Now I need to return one pair for a smaller size which I was delighted they had. My problem is, they wouldn't let me make the switch at the store. I have to FEDEX the pair back I have and then they will SHIP me a new size. This is ridiculous. I pray the arrive before the holiday ends”

“My Son took me out to eat at Cici's Pizza. This was a good night with great tasting pizza & nice staff. The BBQ pork pizza was awesome with a good amount of sauce & at a good temperature! I tried the new pizza with loaded tots. It's okay, but if they would add a garlic sauce to it,it would be so much better! I do wish they still had their loyalty program though & I do wish they'd re-open the Cici's in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.”

“Love the interior of mall. Makes for a cool place to just hangout. Just know that there isn't much to see or do on the second floor, other than to use the bathroom. It seems like they are still figuring out what to do with the second floor for the time being.”

“Brainerd road of course has always been bad for traffic and people walking so that is a negative of the brainerd village shopping center however it has great shops as well as amigos restaurant which is awesome Chick-fil-A and my favorite little discount store Ollie's.”

“Contrary to some of the other reviews, I had a fantastic experience with the owner. We actually had a really good interaction and exchanged names. Star Perfumes has a bigger selection of well known fragrances, and even more obscure fragrances than Sephora, or any store in the surrounding area. The price is a little more expensive than online but, to me the hospitality of the owner made it worth it and I plan on coming back soon!”

“It's really unfortunate to see how this mall, once considered the best, has dwindled to nearly empty. It used to have JCPenney and Sears, but we all know how things went with them. While there are still some national brands left, it's not quite the same as before. Nonetheless, I still recommend visiting and supporting the remaining stores.”
