Had a great time shopping for our new Sleep Number bed. Our sales rep Alexander was great answering all our questions and patiently waiting on us to go back and forth between beds before making a decision. Alexander also helped us picking out the perfect pillows for each of us. We can’t wait to have a bed delivered in 10 days!

So the customer service was A1 Alexander was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 2 king size pillows and I'm waiting on them now to come in. They did everything and we made sure everything was right so I was happy with the service. Thanks!

We were dreading going to the mall on Black Friday weekend, but we had a very good experience in store with Kristopher. He answered all our questions, gave us time and space to consider the options without rushing, and followed our lead on what we wanted, instead of trying to up-sale us.

Go see Alex at Sleep Number in Hamilton Place Mall. He’s crazy knowledgeable, witty, and easy to work with. He made a (nearly overwhelming) number of options simple and clear. He’s easily the best employee I’ve engaged with in any store in a long, long time.
