Great bank and amazing staff!!! Mitch Mizell is my personal banker and its super cool to be able to call the bank and know exactly who to talk to and for that person to actually remember you!!!
Don’t hesitate to open an account at Southeast, and if you can make it to the Downtown Chattanooga location, make sure to ask for Mitch and dig into some chocolates while at his desk!!!

Mitch and his team over at SouthEast Bank downtown were amazing. I was in the need of a commercial checking account for my business and not only did he make the process super simple and easy but also was able to add a very welcoming and understanding touch. I am so grateful to have been lead to this bank!! I have been treated very badly by a mega bank (WF). No surprise there!Sierra at Southeast has been wonderful! She has gone over and above in every way. I can’t say enough. I couldn’t believe that I could just walk in and be taken care of. Why did I ever go to a mega bank where twice the line has been an hour long in the past month, and you have to book an appointment to just have a question answered. They screwed it up and made me feel like a criminal!! Thank you Sierra and Southeast Bank!! You have my loyalty for life!
