Andrew clinkscales and miss Donna at the front desk they really make it easier on me with the appointments being flexible with me even when I'm late they still make sure to get me that day they go above and beyond for us and when I found out daid Noles was gone I was gonna find somewhere else to go but Andrew talked to me and worked with me and he put mind at ease and truth be told I'm Andrew works with me now I'd I had to pick between Andrew or David it would be Andrew he really cares and that goes along way. Andrew is always willing to listen to my concerns. He is personable, but professional in taking care of my prosthetic. Office staff is especially good in taking care of any thing regarding my insurance and finance. Very friendly and professional. I really feel appreciate. Thanks to your GREAT STAFF.

Today is 12/12/23 and yesterday I had called Southeastern since I had not heard from them for 3 weeks. Of course I was frustrated and lost at the thought of having to wait even longer.This morning I got a call from Linda, who is the manager at this location, and not just apologized for what had transpired, but went the extra mile looking in my records to find out what had happened. She gave me a detailed explanation of a series of unfortunate events which caused a delay on my appliance and the making of my insoles. She did everything humanly possible for me to be seen today and that’s where I am at right now as I write this. I was treated with the outmost respect and care and everyone made me feel as if I was their only patient today. David made my insoles and fitted me with a brace and kept on working on them until everything fitted just right and explained in detail how to use them. This is what happens when people with a heart for service get together and take action to help someone, in this case, me. Again thank you to Linda, David and all their staff, God bless y’all.
