I LOVE visiting Spenga Chatt. I hail from Spenga Chapel Hill in North Carolina and have taken and taught at that location. From the front desk, to the communications, to the physical location, to the instructors, to the STRONG sense of community I feel (even without knowing a single person there) -- this is a special place. It's clear from visiting they take pride in building a safe and challenging and fun environment in each and everyone of their classes. I always look forward to coming back to my in-laws house during the holidays because it means I get some REPS in at Spenga Chatt. Keep doing what you're doing b/c you've got a great thing going! I'll be back tomorrow ;)

I went with a friend for my first class and it was awesome. Flow of the classes was perfect. The times offered are flexible for working people. Felt very welcomed and not pressured to make any decisions. Will be going back!

Great first time experience! Environment was clean! Everyone helped us sign in, explained what to expect in the workout, helped and explained how to adjust the bikes for the cycle portion. For the strengthening portion, not only did the instructor show us and walk around to ensure we were being safe in our forms, but there were screens that showed the exercises- so I was able to use multiple sources of reference! I really enjoyed the sections of workout: bike, strength, and yoga- all of these helped me continue my stamina even though it was my first time! I went with a friend and we both had a great time for our first visit!

loved our experience at spenga with candice! she was so fun and made sure we pushed ourselves but didn’t overdo it. the music and vibes were perfect. we will for sure be back

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The space was clean and well organized. I enjoyed the workout! Kelsey was an incredible instructor. She was engaging, motivating, and personable!

Love the variety in workouts with 20 min spin, 20min strength, and 20 min yoga. It’s fun and a good workout. Candace is an excellent instructor.
