Online check-in is a joke. I was removed from the queue in the less than 20 minutes it took me to get there from work. No loss IMO. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a good haircut and they basically removed their veterans discount.

It is really annoying to show up 5 min before the estimated time and see my wait time was shortened and I am removed from the list. I live 30 min away and cannot have left earlier if you tell me suddenly I have to be there in 15 minutes. … with a new 108 min wait it is not a good experience.

I’ve been going to Sport Clips of Hixson for a little while now, but I’ve never truly had a stylist to call “My Stylist”. I usually just do first available and wait. This was the same story yesterday as I endured a 93 minute wait time. I was introduced to Samantha, one of Sport Clips Hixson’s new shining stars. Sam listened intently to what kind of cut and trim for my beard I wanted. She was super personal, professional, and precise. Sam didn’t stop until she got me exactly what I wanted, a cut that turned my shaggy hair into swaggy hair lol. I can now truly say that I’ve found my stylist. I’d happily wait 93 mins if she’s cutting my hair. Sport Clips take notes, this young lady deserves a spot in the Hall of Fame!
