It's is clean nice quiet place by cute little stores you have the aquarium nearby weather in 5 minutes you also have a river in walking distance for a nice early morning jog or a brisk walk for it wonderful! The staff are very friendly and professional.

Location is great. For the one who.have back problems, mattress is too soft. You also have to pay $18 a day for parking.

I had high hopes for this hotel and i am.so upset. I.booked a trip for my parents to celebrate there 30th wedding anniversary 256 a night and then you have to pay for parking 18.00 . We didn't even get notice about parking until the day before . Why are guests responsible for paying for parking you are not a 5 star plus hotel. Unfortunately at the last minute while my parents where driving 3 hours away i had to cancel there reservation . So disappointed .

Hotel and room was as good as expected. This is our 2nd stay here and the first time I remember having to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. Also, for both visits we've had, the Hotel parking lot does not accommodate the restaurant crowd and hotel guests. There was nowhere to park outside of valet parking. When we arrived, people were lined up waiting for a spot to open up. Just my opinion, it seems a little ridiculous to pay an extra $18 to park when you are paying to stay at the hotel, (just secretly include it in the room price and call it a day).

Really beautiful view. Nice outside seating area. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a little far for walking to the downtown area, but it does have a wonderful walking path along the river

For those who love a more established hotel, this one is great. It's located just off the river within 2 - 3 blocks of downtown. It's a nice safe walk over to the aquarium, stadium, Medal of Honor museum and children's museum. It's near everything you'll want to do in Chatanooga. Late night bars and venues are within walking distance, so you won't need an Uber.
Great staff and conditions. We will stay here anytime we visit.

All the staff were super friendly and nice. Rooms and hotel were super clean. Great location on the river and close to parks. Would absolutely stay again one of the best hotel experiences.

The room was great as it looked nice and clean, the tv could've been bigger. My main issue is that you have to pay $18 a night to park there! During our stay, the elevator was extremely, SLOW and most guests, including myself had to take the stairs more than the elevator. And only the left elevator was working! The indoor pool had a smell to it. Their outside patio was nice, their breakfast didn't have many options, but all in all still a nice stay.

There were a few issues, Not enough parking! nothing like driving around circling the parking lot looking for a spot to free up. They also tried giving us a smaller room than was booked and paid for. I would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was almost perfect, with one exception. They were kind and allowed us to check-in 30 minutes early. I couldn’t have imagined a more ideal room layout for my family of five. We even had a view of the river - the tugboats were a huge hit for my son. The pool is small, and many families were trying to swim at once. But it was still well maintained and heated. The only disappointment was breakfast. We arrived an hour before they closed, and it seemed like they ran out of the “hot” food. They attendant told me they were preparing more in the back, but it never was brought out. There were many people who were waiting and never really got to eat. Because of dietary restrictions, two people in my family didn’t get to eat at all (though they could have if there was more of the hot food served). We picked this hotel out of all the other options mainly because it had free breakfast- so I felt cheated in that way. But the room was so great that I still think it was an overall positive experience.

The location is amazing—very clean and well-organized. The lobby is spacious and nicely designed, which gives a great first impression. Breakfast was basic and unfortunately not enough for everyone, but it was included in the room rate, which is a plus.

This is a hidden gem, in the city but away from the city. Walking distance to restaurants and a park. The Riverwalk is right outside your door. Hotel is clean and it's has nice decor. It's a hidden gem
