It is pretty clear that Michael at customer service hates his job and the customers who speak to him. I understand customer service sucks and he works in a craphole (the bathrooms are AWFUL), but his attitude needs work. I wasn't rude to you and for you to be a smartass to my needing clarification was uncalled for.

Staff is very helpful. They operate with only a few workers, so if there is more than 3 or 4 customers, you'll end up waiting.
