Christmas Eve - Says “closes at 5:30” and they close at 5. Yep, I’m a Scrooge because the girl behind the counter has the audacity to tell me “sorry, we’re closed.” Guess what, be miserable like the rest of us and make my coffee. Suck one Starbucks.

Most amazing staff! Always gets my order perfect! They all are friendly and welcoming! Taylor greets me by name! This is the only Starbucks I will go to, I absolutely love it there!

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks… but, this location needs to do a better job when hiring employees. There was a bunch of kids running the store this morning. They had two costumers in the drive through and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Both coffees and the breakfast sandwich was extremely cold… we ordered hot coffee. The car in front of us was going off on the young girls running the window… so we were not the only disappointed costumer. They were literally playing around and goofing off inside the restaurant instead of taking care of the costumer. This was the worse but, first bad service I have ever had at Starbucks.

I was told I had to make a purchase to get a cup of water.This has been the only Starbucks that has provided free water to its customers. Absurd.

I think they need to learn how to measure. I have now watched a barista add water to my refresher 6-7 times because she didn’t add enough of the other liquids. She does it just to top off the drink. Then of course it has less flavor. :-(

This review comes after almost 1 year worth of experiences.When I had the first bad morning of barista service, I convinced myself it was my fault. But now, after umpteen more poor service experiences among several staff members, this Starbucks truly has a customer service issue.I stopped here 2-3x per week in the past. Now, I maybe stop in once per month - purely because of the customer service. I go out of my way to another location.The best way I can describe my experiences is that the baristas team themselves like a high school clique and any customer is not in their clique. Therefore, they are treated with subpar demeanor. The female who appears to be the team lead seems as if she makes certain customers out to be villains, who the other staff members then recognize and treat accordingly.Excuses are rampant, snarky comments exist where they shouldn’t, and the product isn’t even worth the hassle.This location is in large need of talent development and customer service training.
