I bought my girlfriend a coffee I don’t think it was too complicated Venti ice coffee with three pumps of vanilla and liquid sugar with heavy cream and they made an ice coffee with whipping cream not anything else I asked for was in it I asked them to fix it two times and they messed it up more each time while they were making it they didn’t even remember what the letters meant that they wrote on the cup def won’t be ordering in here anymore

AnnaGrace sometimes some customers don’t know what they are getting into!! And sometimes they may have a certain request for their order. Helping them navigate that will please them and remember to be patient with your customer no matter how hard are they and mean they get, because a nice word will change someone’s mood dramatically.

I ordered a caramel frappe with no whip and it even said it on the cup then they made it and continued to put whip cream on it and I repeated “I said no whip” and they just knocked it off and gave it to me

The people they have working here are exceptional. They always have a helpful attitude and will suggest modifications to drinks to make it a better drink for you and your likes.I highly recommend stopping here on your way in to target to get a pick me up while shopping. We'll worth it for sure.

Bad experience at this location on 7/25/22. I had stopped to buy me a cup & decided to get a coffee. The baristas, male & female, were not welcoming at all.On the register screen, I saw where it said “10% off with a Red Card.” I asked what it was, both said they didn’t know. I then proceeded to order my normal, blonde vanilla latte venti, and was told there was no blonde coffee, it could be made with regular coffee. What? I said to the male who was at the register “I’m not having much luck today with Starbucks, huh?” and the female who was making the drink I didn’t want said, with a sneer, “doesn’t look like it.”In the future, if I’m in Target and want a BLONDE vanilla latte, I’ll drive down Gunbarrel to the other Starbucks and get good service while purchasing my $23 insulated cups. Taking my money elsewhere.

Every staff member is phenomenal, we shop target all the time and we can't go to target with out Starbucks, BEST one around!!!

I got locked out of my car while at target… Really stressful and dealing with asthma and having a toddler with me… Starbucks pulled out two chairs for me gave me a drink and my toddler a cake pop and even brought her coloring book and markers. Hannah was so incredibly sweet and they really took care of us during a stressful situation! They also took all of my frozen and perishable items and store them in their cooler for me❤️

Worst customer service. The associate Sarah threw a straw at me when I asked for an extra one. And any time I wanted to add something extra to my drink she would take a deep loud sigh, every single time. Working 3 years in customer service and coordinator at a retail job I’ve never felt the need to give this much attitude to a customer. Go to a different Starbucks, this one ain’t worth it. Happened Wednesday the 13 in January 2021, Around 3:40pm.

The customer service at this location is awful. The barista I ordered from was extremely quiet, I could barely hear her. She also just about charged me the venti price for a grande drink (I ordered a venti, she just grabbed the wrong cup). The barista who made my drink tried to tell me that there was no way to make my drink (a decaf Frappuccino) because Frappuccino’s apparently just can’t be decaf. They can be cream based or made with decaf espresso. She ended up making it cream based, and I ended up with what is essentially an overpriced milkshake.

I wanted to take the time to make a shout out to Reilly who really helped me out yesterday. I had a virtual gift card that I was not sure how to use and she patiently helped me activate and use it. In addition she made me a really delicious Vanilla Chai Latte! Thank you Reilly for going above and beyond what is expected of a barista!
