The room is so big and the front desk is exceptionally helpful
Rooms: Big and clean and amazing service and it is great prices for my hours and my experience.
Nearby activities: Mall, Park, Restaurants, Jump Park, YMCA
Walkability: Bus line, every thing is in a 1mile radius

I repeat don't go to them they will take all your money and use a excuse to put u out but drugs are being sold on the property and they don't wash there sheets food left in the microwave and bugs everywhere and a shower curtain for a curtain

Rooms are bug infested roaches coming from everywhere, stove tops doesn’t work, asked for them to fix it and they acted as if they didn’t care I wouldn’t Recommend a homeless person to live there ?

I was greeted by the smell of curry in the lobby. The people at the hotel were smoking weed in the breezeways and lot. In the room, the floor was covered with black, sticky tar. The bed had lots of cigarette burns. I smelled meth, Marijuana and cigarette smoke. I was getting hoarse breathing the air in the room. I didn't want to touch the bed. It felt like I was in a haunted house, with everything being dirty and nothing I wanted to touch. There was a lot of shouting. Some dude playing video games, yelling, "Die, die, die." Not today. No refund. I wouldn't take a dump in that place.
Noteworthy details: Do not go there. Worst experience ever. May as well burn your deposit and sleep in the car.

It has roaches and the wait till you show up to the motel to start cleaning the rooms, not when the previous people leave ? but other than that it's nice :)

Truly repulsive, the worst I’ve EVER stayed at. The people living here are loud, screaming at all hours. The room is so bad it’s almost funny. No toilet tank cover & you have to reach in & pull the chain to flush. Poop looking stains everywhere. Toilet paper holder dangling, light fixture cover missing. Food left in fridge from former people. I could go on, but absolutely stay anywhere else.
**update from next morning: our car was vandalized overnight. Also discovered the room’s smoke alarm was covered with a shower cap so it would have never worked. I think jail would be nicer than this dump.

The front lobbies locked up.While I was in the shower someone tried to enter my room I had latch on I don't know how they got the bottom open I looked out the window and no one was there. Horrible place and I just got here.

I've been here for over 2 years now and everybody is nice and professional fixes my problems it is very clean environment and if there's an issue management is quick to fix it your neighbors can get loud at times but you're allowed to have your pets and so I have my cats and they've never been an issue and I love that and it is a great location in the middle of Hamilton Place near the mall near restaurants so I like it
Noteworthy details: Parking is horrible a major issue on weekends also people couples like to fight and argue and they don't care how loud they get so the noise level outside is really great and even in your rooms you hear your neighbors arguing because the walls are thin so not the best as far as rest and relaxation but management is always quick to fix a problem or handle noise levels and they're always professional courteous and friendly

Well, it's not for everyone and I'm one of those who didn't need to be around any of that.
The place is a joke. If you need any illegal drugs or in need of company from a stranger who will charge you for their time.then this is the place for you.
